Shaun Grech is the global technical lead on social protection with CBM Christian Blind Mission, honorary associate professor with the Department of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences at the University of Cape Town and an affiliate associate professor with the department of International Relations, University of Malta. He is also director of The Critical Institute (Malta) and editor-in-chief of the international journal Disability and the Global South. His critical interdisciplinary work looks at disability in contexts of rural poverty, disasters and humanitarian settings in the global South.
