Tarndeep Pannu
Tarndeep Pannu is a multidisciplinary communicator and researcher whose work sits at the intersection of social justice, storytelling, and strategic communications. Her passion for narrative and equity has shaped a diverse path through research, art, advocacy, and media. With a Bachelor of Arts in Dramatic Arts and a minor in Political Science from Brock University, she began honing her skills in public advocacy and creative expression. She went on to pursue a Post-Graduate Certificate in Public Relations from Humber College, developing a strong foundation in strategic communications and knowledge translation. Her academic journey continued with a Master of Arts in Cultural Studies and Critical Theory from McMaster University, deepening her commitment to addressing issues faced by marginalized communities.
Currently pursuing a PhD in Social Justice Education at the University of Toronto, Tarndeep brings extensive expertise in youth engagement, digital media, and knowledge mobilization. Her work centers inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility (EDI+A), with a focus on creating accessible and engaging content for equity-deserving communities. A strong believer in interdisciplinary collaboration, she is dedicated to advancing social change through thoughtful communication and innovative outreach strategies.
