    Updating RMS.
    User Impact: Access to Activation, Self Service and RMS Admin will be intermittent during this period.

    Upgrading the network switches at Library (LIB) - 1st and Ground floors.
    User Impact: All networked devices at the library building (LIB) - 1st and Ground floors will be disconnected during this time period.

    Upgrading the network switches at KHW71G.
    User Impact: All networked devices at the KHW71G will be disconnected for 10 minutes during this time period.

    Updating application servers.
    User Impact: The following applications will be unavailable for about 15 minutes during the upgrade:
    TAI, Learning Events Calendar (LEC), Award Nomination System (ANS), Case Tracking System (CTS), Central Document System (P&B), Calendar Notification System (CNS), Payroll Validator (PRV), TMU Compensation Estimator (RCE), OUCP Compensation Survey (ACS), Rodocs.

    Updating Matlab.
    User Impact: Users will not be able to launch Matlab software during the upgrade.

    Testing TMU phone system for failover.
    User Impact: All phone systems and devices will encounter a few blibs (up to two minutes each) while performing the various failover tests.

    User Impact: Production environment will remain up and running. The non-production environments will be down briefly.

    User Impact: None expected as the upgrade will be rolled over (a few at a time).
