How to Register

This page details how to register for Toronto Met Day Camps. For full details on our registration policies, please visit our Registration Policies page.

NEW REGISTRATION SYSTEM IN 2025
In 2025, we are using a new registration system called Fusion. This requires all registrants (including returning families) to create an account in the new system in order to register.
How to Register for Camp
- Click the blue button labeled “Register Now (external link) ” on any page of our website. This will bring you to our registration portal (external link) (called Fusion).
- In the top-right corner, click Sign In. If this is your first time using the system, at the bottom of the window click Sign Up. (If you have a gym membership with TMU Athletics & Recreation, you can sign in with your existing credentials, and skip to step 4.)
- Enter your first and last name, then click Next. Enter your email and choose a password, then click Create Account.
- To add your child(ren) to your account, click your username in the top-right, then click Profile. Scroll down below Personal Information and click the blue button that says ADD FAMILY MEMBER. Enter your child's information, then click Save.
- Once all your children have been added to your account, click Toronto Metropolitan University in the top-left to return to the Recreation Portal. Scroll down and click on the Toronto Met Day Camps logo to see a list of camps.
- Click on a camp to view the program description. To register, scroll down below the description and click Select on the session of your choice, then click Register below. (Note: in 2025 many camps run full-week and single-day options. Be sure to choose the option that works for you.)
- Select the child(ren) you wish to register for this camp, then click Register. If the system shows your child is not eligible for the program, double-check their birth date and the age restrictions on the camp you've chosen. (Note: the system calculates age as of the end of the year (i.e. December 31st), so if your child turns 17 this year, they are not eligible for a program whose maximum age is 16.)
- Select Pay in full, then click Next.
- To sign the waiver, click the "arrow" beside Not Accepted to view the waiver. Read the waiver carefully. As you scroll down, click each signature box and enter your signature to sign it. All six (6) signature boxes must be signed to accept the waiver. Once you have read and signed the waiver, click the green Accept button, then click Next.
- Complete the pre-registration questions, then click Proceed to Checkout.
- When you are ready to check out, click Checkout and finalize your payment. For more information about payments, transfers, and withdrawals, review our registration policies.
- A receipt will be sent to the email associated with your account, which will include the contact information for your camp leader. The camp leader will follow up with you in the weeks leading up to the program to collect important information, including allergies and emergency contact information.
