  • North Burger: signature beef patty topped with crispy bacon, melted cheddar, lettuce, tomato and housemade chipotle aioli.

  • The Canuck: savoury grilled beef patty topped with onions, pickles, ketchup and mustard.

Take-out only

The Hub Café serves only take-out, grab and go meals. Plenty of communal seating can be found on the first floor of Jorgenson Hall in and around the ServiceHub and Café.

Reusable to-go container program

The Hub Café offers visitors a green alternative to traditional single-use takeout containers. For a one-time fee of $6, visitors may purchase a reusable to-go container by OZZI, external link and reduce their reliance on single-use food packaging.

How it works

Step 1: Purchase a reusable to-go container from a TMU Food Services staff member for a one-time $6 fee and receive a loyalty card.

Step 2: Enjoy your meal and return your empty reusable to-go container to the OZZI machine - no washing necessary! 

Step 3: Upon returning your reusable to-go container, receive a token from the machine.

Step 4: When you’re ready for your next purchase, order your take out meal in a reusable to-go container. At the cash register, submit your token in exchange for the reusable to-go container and present your loyalty card for a $0.50 discount on your first 12 purchases. 

Step 5:  Repeat steps 2 - 4 and reduce your carbon footprint!

Each reusable to-go container is made of 100% recyclable plastic and can be used more than 300 times, reducing the amount of single-use food packaging diverted to landfills.
