Title:  Exploring the Research Trends of Digital Supply Chain Resilience with Topic Modeling

Description: The COVID-19 pandemic highlighted digitalization's crucial role in creating resilient supply chains. Businesses faced unprecedented challenges due to disruptions in transportation, raw material shortages, and delivery delays. To address these challenges, leading corporations such as Amazon, BMW, Alibaba, and Lufthansa are investing in advanced digital technologies such as Blockchain and AI to enhance their resilience. Although the pandemic accelerated the adoption of digital technologies in supply chains, comprehensive academic research on digital supply chain resilience is lacking. In our research, we applied Machine Learning methods (i.e. text mining and topic modeling) to explore the extant literature and discover themes of discussion and research trends in the field of digital supply chain resilience. We will talk about our method and findings in this seminar.
