Three Ted Rogers School of Management students were recently accepted into the National Bank Financial 2022 Young Women Student Mentorship Program.

Out of 185 applicants, Ted Rogers School’s Madeleine Martinho (Global Management Studies), Daniela Kuntzevitsky (Business Management) and Sinduja Sriskantharajah (Finance) were among the 25 selected to be mentees.

National Bank Financial (NBF) was one of the first banks to create a women-centric approach to its business. The goal of the organization’s mentorship program is to better highlight the Financial Advisor role within universities and to increase the number of women in wealth management.

This one-year program matches students with an experienced mentor to take part in networking and business development activities within the world of wealth management. The program kicks off September 11-13, 2022 at NBF’s Women’s Symposium in Mont Tremblant.
