Kick Off the School Year Strong!

September 02, 2025

The fall 2025 term is here, and the campus is buzzing! Here’s your checklist to start the school year strong:

1. Meet Payment Deadlines

Fall term tuition is due by Friday, September 26, 2025 — payments are made through online banking. Payments typically take 3-5 business days to process, so submit your payment early wherever possible.

If you’ve applied for OSAP, monitor your status in the OSAP portal (external link) . Allow up to 2 weeks for your enrolment to be confirmed. If it’s still not confirmed after Monday, September 15, 2025, reach out to the ServiceHub. If OSAP doesn’t cover your full tuition, be sure to pay the remaining balance by the due date.

2. Access Your Courses Online

All TMU courses have an online course portal where you’ll find your syllabus, textbooks, assignments, and more. Access your courses through my.torontomu.ca under the Online Course & Organizations tab. Courses typically appear after your first session, but if you enrol late, allow a few days for them to show up.

3. Prepare Now for the Winter Term

Select and adjust your winter 2026 term course intentions by Friday, September 12, 2025 for the best chance at getting your desired classes and to ensure you meet the conditions of your renewable entrance scholarship.

4. Know Your Key Dates

Stay on top of important dates with the Undergraduate Calendar. If you’re thinking of dropping a class, confirm the deadlines on the drop a course page. Remember, Chang School of Continuing Education course drop deadlines differ from regular undergraduate deadlines.

5. Stay in the Loop

Don’t miss out on important updates—regularly check your TMU student email account and look out for updates from the ServiceHub. Stay connected by following @StudentLifeTMU on Instagram (external link)  for the latest events, resources and student life at TMU.

Let’s make this year great!
