With over a dozen Olympic Games to her credit, Karen recently led the teams working on the Tokyo Summer and Beijing Winter Olympics and Paralympics. Karen was the first female Executive Producer at CBC Sports and the first female Senior Producer of live domestic Olympic shows and the Paralympics.

Karen is a rare find as she has worked with both traditional broadcasters and digital producers and possesses an in-depth understanding of past, present, and emerging production technologies.
