As the President of Sportsnet and NHL Properties, Scott Moore was responsible for leading these two priority sports portfolios, leveraging the company’s cable, wireless and suite of media assets to deliver world-class hockey and sports experiences to fans across the country.  

Moore is one of Canada’s top television producers and executives, with more than 30 years of industry experience.  A veteran of eight Olympic Games, five network launches, and hundreds of major sports events and variety broadcasts, his expertise is sought worldwide.

Moore joined Rogers Media in 2010 as President of Broadcast, overseeing programming, production, regulatory, engineering and distribution of the company’s TV and radio assets. Prior to this appointment, Moore was Executive Director of CBC Sports, General Manager of CBC’s Media Sales & Marketing Department, and also served as Vice-President of CTV Sportsnet (now Sportsnet) from 1998 to 2003. Moore has also held senior production positions with TSN and CTV as Executive Producer, Olympic Coverage.
