The Racial Justice Initiative (RJI) research agenda is being developed and may explore the following themes: Labor, Work, Education and Economy; Health, Disability, and Health Disparities; Immigration and Refugee Law; Violence and Exploitation; Environmental Racism; and Conflict, Crime and Justice.

Several of Lincoln Alexander Law's faculty are currently engaging in research in the areas of Access to Justice, Racial Justice, Human Rights, Feminist Theory, Indigenous Legal Education, and Intersectionality. They write substantively about these issues through an EDI lens.
