Shireen Ahmed is a multiplatform sports journalist and Senior Contributor with CBC Sports. She is an industry expert on Muslim women in sports, and her research and contributions to this topic are immeasurable. She is co-creator and co-host of the “Burn It All Down” feminist sports podcast team. She holds a Masters in Media Production at X University, in Toronto, Canada. She lives in the GTA with her husband, children and her cat.
