Hack the World
Hack the World returns in Fall 2025 with a Sustainable Development Goal Competition that empowers students to ideate, prototype, and pitch real-world solutions to global challenges.
Join the Hack The World innovation challenge to ideate, prototype, and pitch real-world solutions to global problems!
This fall, Innovation Boost Zone is thrilled to bring back Hack The World, a three-week hackathon that empowers the creation of real-world solutions to global challenges aligned with the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) (external link) . This is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact by solving real-world problems!
In this year's Hack The World competition, participants will transform their innovative ideas into tangible and impactful solutions while learning from peers, advisors, and community partners. Open to all TMU students enrolled in a degree program, Hack The World entails an in-depth exploration of global challenges through collaborative research and solution ideation, leading to the creation of early mockups. In the final week, participants will refine their proposals, strengthen their pitching skills, and prepare to present at the showcase.
