Healthy Connections 2008 - Health Equity: From Challenges to Solutions
Solutions Healthy Connections 2008 conference, was sponsored by the Toronto Central LHIN, in partnership with Canadian Research Network for Care in the Community, West End Urban Health Alliance, and South East Toronto Organization. This one-day Toronto Central Local Health Integration Network (LHIN)-wide conference presented challenges of health inequities, as well as strategies for creating a more equitable health system that responds to the needs of all.
