Career Integration

In this senior seminar course, students will think about how sociology is practiced in a career. This course will help students to develop a sense of direction and initiative through self-reflection, career search self-assessment, work on resumes, practice interviews and other activities. Through a job shadow experience, students will have the opportunities to observe work routines and have conversations with employees about the nature of the work and how jobs in the field are filled.
