Sustainability and Social Change
This course examines sustainability, social change, the environment and governance through the retail lens of people, profit and the planet. The best practices of retailers particularly in the area of greening retail are a primary focus of study. Students engage in an industry-based project, as this is a critically important topic within the retail sector.
