Air Quality

This course will examine factors that contribute to indoor and outdoor air quality, focusing not only on biological, chemical, and physical factors, but also on public health impacts of air quality. The impacts of poor air quality on human health will be explored, as well as intersectoral population health interventions required to address air pollution. Regulatory and governance protocols will be reviewed, emphasizing the need for a socioecological approach in improving air quality for all.
