Transportation Planning

This course discusses the fundamental concepts of transportation as a field of study - why people travel, what the transportation system is, why there may be a role for planners, and how transportation planners do what they do. Several assignments augment lectures to expose students to job-ready techniques related to transportation networks and travel behaviour analysis/prediction.
