Safety Evaluation Techniques

This course introduces principles of evaluation and surveys a range of methods used to evaluate safety, including the use of injury data, task analysis methods; introduces various qualitative and quantitative methods for evaluating safety including inspections, FMEA, fault tree analysis, HazOp, human error identification methods, and related evaluation techniques.
