Legal Analysis in a Business Context

Legal analysis is an important component of business operation and development. Those able to identify legal issues are positioned to manage legal risk and guide actors through business decision-making. Focused on core competencies, students in this course will learn to use legal analysis, critical thinking, and communication for business consulting. Students will develop particular capabilities, including the ability to search for and use legal sources as well as write for a business audience.
