Principles of Finance III

This course examines various valuation approaches and models in details, including intrinsic valuation, relative valuation,and contingent claim valuation. Financial options and their applications in valuation and risk management are explored. Methodologies for applying valuation models to complex issues, such as distress costs for financially troubled companies,are also discussed. EXCEL skills introduced in AFF 210 and AFF 310 are extended and reinforced.
