CCS Scheduled Maintenance and Outages

Preventative Maintenance includes a variety of activities necessary to keep information and technology services running, such as software patches, fixes and upgrades, hardware upgrade. Additional outages may occur as a result of unforeseen hardware or software issues. In these cases, CCS strives to provide as much notice as possible.

No alternate service will be available if a system or an application is not available due to the scheduled maintenance or outage, unless explicitly indicated in the table below for the particular system/application.

    Updating application servers.

  • Sunday, February 16, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 
    Upgrading network on EPH - 1st and 4th floors.
    User Impact: None expected.

    Updating Oracle server.
    User Impact: Coldfusion, Bitbucket and all other applications supported by Oracle servers will be not available.

    User Impact: Printing might be down intermittently for a few minutes.
