CCS Scheduled Maintenance and Outages
Preventative Maintenance includes a variety of activities necessary to keep information and technology services running, such as software patches, fixes and upgrades, hardware upgrade. Additional outages may occur as a result of unforeseen hardware or software issues. In these cases, CCS strives to provide as much notice as possible.
No alternate service will be available if a system or an application is not available due to the scheduled maintenance or outage, unless explicitly indicated in the table below for the particular system/application.

Renewing SSL certificate for Library reserves.
User Impact: None expected. - Saturday, February 15, 11:00 p.m. to Sunday, February 16, 2:00 a.m.
Updating application servers.
User Impact: my.torontomu.ca, CAS, RUVPN2, RMS Account Activation will not be available. - Sunday, February 16, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Upgrading network on EPH - 1st and 4th floors.
User Impact: None expected. - Sunday, February 16, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Upgrading network hardware.
User Impact: None expected. - Wednesday, February 19, 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Updating Oracle server.
User Impact: Coldfusion, Bitbucket and all other applications supported by Oracle servers will be not available. - Wednesday, February 19, 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Updating Printing services with TMUAD domain.
User Impact: Printing might be down intermittently for a few minutes.
