CCS Scheduled Maintenance and Outages

Preventative Maintenance includes a variety of activities necessary to keep information and technology services running, such as software patches, fixes and upgrades, hardware upgrade. Additional outages may occur as a result of unforeseen hardware or software issues. In these cases, CCS strives to provide as much notice as possible.

No alternate service will be available if a system or an application is not available due to the scheduled maintenance or outage, unless explicitly indicated in the table below for the particular system/application.

    User Impact: The applications residing on ADS servers will not be available during the upgrade (should not last longer than 15 minutes). Some examples: TAI, Learning Events Calendar, TMU Comp Estimator, RODOCS, OneCard etc.

    Updating Stat database.
    User Impact: Stat and all related functions with be down from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.
  • Tuesday, August 13, 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
    Decommissioning of Faculty Arts Grants CF app.
    User Impact: None expected.
  • Friday, August 16, 12:01 a.m. to Monday, August 19, 8:00 a.m.
    Updating eHR.
    User Impact: eHR and all related functions will be down during this outage.
  • Saturday, August 31, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
    Updating eHR.
    User Impact: Production will be down from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. All non-production environments will be down briefly during the window.
  • Sunday, September 1, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
    Updating MyServiceHub.
    User Impact: MyServiceHub production will be down from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm.  All non-production environments will be down briefly during the outage.
  • Sunday, October 27, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
    Updating MyServiceHub.
    User Impact: MyService Hub production will remain up and running. The non-production environments will be down briefly.
