CCS Scheduled Maintenance and Outages

Preventative Maintenance includes a variety of activities necessary to keep information and technology services running, such as software patches, fixes and upgrades, hardware upgrade. Additional outages may occur as a result of unforeseen hardware or software issues. In these cases, CCS strives to provide as much notice as possible.

No alternate service will be available if a system or an application is not available due to the scheduled maintenance or outage, unless explicitly indicated in the table below for the particular system/application.

    User Impact: None expected.
  • Thursday, February 22, 8:00 p.m. to Friday, February 23, 5:00 a.m.
    Updating TMU phone system.
    User Impact: All phone services will be intermittent or not available.
  • Friday, February 23, 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.
    Upgrading WordPress.
    User Impact: The network will be unavailable briefly (<10 minutes) while the application updates. Subsequently, each blog will experience a brief (<1minute) outage as it is upgraded. A full system restart/outage is not required. There should be no impact to the end users during the testing phase.

    Updating Content 7 servers.
    User Impact: Content 7 Reporting Service is not available during this period.
  • Saturday, March 23, 12:30 a.m. to Tuesday, March 26, 1:15 a.m.
    Updating MyServiceHub.
    User Impact: MyServiceHub and all of its related functions will be down.
