CCS Scheduled Maintenance and Outages

Preventative Maintenance includes a variety of activities necessary to keep information and technology services running, such as software patches, fixes and upgrades, hardware upgrade. Additional outages may occur as a result of unforeseen hardware or software issues. In these cases, CCS strives to provide as much notice as possible.

No alternate service will be available if a system or an application is not available due to the scheduled maintenance or outage, unless explicitly indicated in the table below for the particular system/application.

    User Impact: Possible intermittent unavailability of Papercut for about 5 minutes.
  • Friday, June 2, 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.
    Apply system updates on CAS.
    User Impact: CAS Web services will be down. Any application using CAS including RUVPN2, Google Workspace, etc. can not accept new login during the downtime.
  • Friday, July 21, 12:01 a.m. to Monday, July 24, 8:00 a.m.
    Upgrading eHR.
    User Impact: eHR and all related functions will be down during the outage.
  • Sunday, July 30, 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
    Updating MyServiceHub and eHR.
    User Impact
    • MyServiceHub - no outage.
    • eHR - web services will be down from 9-11 am.
  • Sunday, Aug 6, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
    Updating MyServiceHub.
    User Impact: My Service Hub and all related functions will be down.
  • Sunday, Aug 20, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
    Updating eHR & Stat Database.
    User Impact
    • eHR and all related functions with be down from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm
    • Stat all related functions with be down from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm
