Global Real Estate

Cross-border real estate investment brings with it risk, uncertainty and diversification opportunities. In this course, we will examine real estate markets in various world regions including Europe, North America, Africa and the Asia-Pacific region. The course includes experiential learning and discussion of key theories pertinent to international trade and investment/development as we explore how institutions, global capital and culture among other factors shape cross-border real estate investment.
