Faculty & Staff OneCard

OneCard employee handing a card back to someone

Important notice: For the Fall 2022/Winter 2023 semesters, all exterior campus building doors are locked and require a OneCard to gain access to the interior of campus buildings. This means that all employees must apply for their OneCard as soon as possible. Instructions for employees applying for and picking up their OneCard are available on the Get Your Card (Faculty & Staff) pages on our website. If you have any questions about applying for a OneCard, please contact that OneCard Office at onecard@torontomu.ca.

Your Faculty and Staff OneCard is one of the most important tools you’ll need while at Toronto Metropolitan University. Not only does it give you access to department-authorized buildings and rooms, you can use it to access campus services and pay for products and services. It also acts as employee identification while you’re on campus.
