Jennifer is an MScM candidate interested in applied workforce research that explores how emerging technologies—particularly artificial intelligence—reshape organizational behaviour, team dynamics, and workforce development. Her current research with Dr. Kristyn Scott focuses on how AI teaming affects employee voice behaviour.
More broadly, Jennifer is focused on ethical AI integration and its influence on skill development/regression, social cognitive processes within organizations, and equitable transitions for workers. Her research aims to generate actionable insights to help organizations and employees navigate complex transitions.
