Beza is an undergraduate Business Technology Management student at Toronto Metropolitan University with a strong interest in how technology influences human behaviour in business and organizational settings. She is particularly interested in how digital tools and data systems shape decision making and productivity within organizations.
As a Research Assistant at the CMIC Lab, Beza supports ongoing projects through data organization, accurate documentation of research procedures, and collaboration with team members to ensure consistency and reliability. Through her involvement in the lab, she aims to further develop her research and analytical skills while gaining insight into the application of technology driven behavioural data in business contexts.
