Remaining winter schools postponed or cancelled due to COVID-19

Due to the current COVID-19 situation, the following NESTNet year five winter schools have been postponed/cancelled:

Friday, March 20
CanmetENERGY, Varennes, Quebec (Theme 3 & 4)

Monday, April 27
Ontario Tech University, Oshawa, Ontario (Theme 2)

Updates will be announced in due course.

One winter school took place already. Theme 1’s winter school (pictured above) was held on February 21 and hosted by Majid Bahrami and his group at the Surrey, B.C. campus of Simon Fraser University. Theme leader Handan Tezel led activities. Thank you to everyone who contributed.
