The Big Adventures of Little Jackie Mac: Through the Keyhole
All Ages Welcome - Free Event
Eight year-old Little Jackie feels like the family freak but lacks the courage to speak up. An unexpected trip through a closet keyhole into a magical land brings adventure, new friends, and a fearsome enemy that must be overcome before Little Jackie can return home.
The Big Adventures of Little Jackie Mac, the debut short book from Toronto-based author Sandy McLeod, is written in a traditional narrative structure which starts in reality, but deals with non-traditional themes and characters.
Q&A hosted by Ken Moffatt, Jack Layton Chair, Faculty of Arts and Faculty of Community Services; Professor, School of Social Work.
