The implications of the deliberate destruction of the food system in Gaza
Dr. Ahmed Abu Shaban, Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine at Al Azhar University in Gaza, presents a discussion on the long history of undermining of Gaza's food system, the impact of Israeli actions on food security in Gaza and the West Bank, the role of community-led initiatives in coping with the crisis, and the potential for rebuilding a resilient food system post-conflict through international research collaboration.
