Founded in 2019 by Lake and Jane, the Toronto urban artists brought a fresh perspective on wearable art. SwapWear® is an ecosystem of modular art products, encouraging sustainable self-expression. The brand prints curated artist designs on its proprietary panels which swap into jean jackets and more.
