Thriving in Action

Winter Semester ADHD - Specific Cohort 

In this supportive space, you will learn practical skills tailored to your unique needs, such as time management, focus techniques, and strategies for navigating academic challenges. You will also learn strategies to manage your emotions, pace yourself, and the importance of exercise, sleep and self-care as stress management. Beyond individual skills, the program emphasizes community-building, where you can connect with peers who share similar experiences, providing a platform for mutual support, encouragement, and shared growth.

  • Duration: 4 weeks (Thursdays, February 26 -  March 19, 2026)
  • Sessions: Thursdays 10:00 am - 11.30 pm

Session 2 (March 5): Hyperfocus and Studying 

Session 3 (March 12): Growth Mindset, Motivation, and Planning 

Session 4 (March 19): Character Strengths and Academic Productivity 

Bonus session* (April 2): Thriving despite the Stress of Exams
