The Opportunity
We are actively seeking a dedicated DCC Space Booking Assistant to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing excellent service to FCS students, faculty, and staff. This role involves assisting students with their study room bookings and facilitating the booking of conference rooms on the 7th floor of the DCC for faculty and staff events. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient booking process, maintaining adherence to policies, and creating a welcoming environment for all users.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with student study room bookings.
- Ensuring adherence to study room policies.
- Assisting with booking conference rooms.
- Monitoring and responding to general inquiry emails.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Diploma and/or Bachelor’s degree in TMU.
- Preference given to Faculty of Community Services students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility, reliability, and adaptability.
