Project Management Studio in Procurement

In this studio, students will learn how construction projects are procured in the industry by way of a simulated bid process.Besides cost and schedule, students will also learn the legalities and formalities required for the submission of a valid bid.This course will make aware to students the real-life challenges that are present within the construction bidding and estimating process, including carrying out a financial feasibility study for a building project using appropriate software. In addition to up-to-date regulatory requirements and charges, students will be required to research current and projections of future costs and revenues.
