Project Management Studio in Development

In this studio, students will apply and integrate their knowledge gained in their lower years to develop a Response to a Request for Proposal for a building project. Students will learn the many key stages in developing a Proposal from inception to completion and the importance of collaboration between related disciplines. They will use Building Information Management (BIM) tools to communicate and develop their work on a variety of project management issues and problems.Students will also learn how to further develop and execute their proposal, taking into account site and regulatory constraints.
