Dr. Henry Navarro Delgado is an interdisciplinary designer, artist, scholar, and activist. Focused on the convergence of fashion, visual culture, and social empowerment, his research encompasses theoretical and creative inquiries. Dr. Navarro Delgado is known for his collaborative, fashion-based public art projects that explore topics relevant to different communities through direct participation.
