About Student Wellbeing
The Student Wellbeing department encompasses a variety of wellbeing and accessibility supports at Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU) that reflect a university community that is fully committed and engaged in developing and sustaining supportive environments that foster wellbeing and academic success. This Student Wellbeing team works in a collaborative, student centred manner to enable student success by developing, implementing and overseeing an integrated portfolio of inclusive health, learning, accessibility and wellbeing supports, programs and services using an anti-racist, health equity approach based on the social determinants of health.
The opportunity
The Equity-Focussed Data Analyst & KTE Specialist provides data analysis and KTE support as it pertains to campus health and wellbeing surveys. This includes responsibility for understanding, consolidating, and analyzing quantitative data from campus-wide wellbeing surveys with an equity-lens. Effective communication of analysis and findings is a key attribute of this role and essential to enable all stakeholders to have context to develop recommendations and actions. This role is situated within the Community Wellbeing team.
Scope of Work and Deliverables
- Data Analysis
- Complete data analysis on 2026 Canadian Campus Wellbeing Survey results. Summarize responses based on identified demographic variables, including comparator data from Ontario and National cohorts.
- Knowledge Translation:
- A report will be provided to Community Wellbeing outlining the general findings of the CCWS data. Data will also be broken down based on key demographic details.
- Analyzed data will be shared via spreadsheet and written report.
- KTE materials will be developed to support cross-campus uptake of findings.
Qualifications
Relevant Experience
- Expertise in quantitative survey data analysis and the development of KTE products
- Graduate degree in health related field strongly preferred
- Experience with Google Suite.
- Proven experience with taking an equity-driven approach to working with data.
- Familiarity with post-secondary education environments and wellbeing resource integration.

- Weekly availability to meet during standard business hours
