Film Production II
This course introduces students to the foundations of cinematic storytelling through the juxtaposition of image and sound. Emphasizing the relationship between form and content, students explore how meaning is crafted with non-synchronous sound and creative editing. Students will leverage the unique attributes of 16mm film and digital post-production tools to develop and realize short films. Through collaborative projects and critical discussions, students will gain a deeper understanding of cinematic language, production workflows, and creative problem-solving.
