Introduction to Interdisciplinary Studies
In this course, students familiarize themselves with interdisciplinary studies in the Humanities and Social Sciences, using the core concepts, theories and methods of multiple disciplines to critically analyze contemporary issues. Through a variety of course readings and problem-based activities such as case study analysis, students will apply interdisciplinary approaches to complex social issues while enhancing the academic skills relating to effective research, writing and expression that are required to excel in a university setting.
