GO Transit Student ID Card

View of Toronto from a GO Train platform, with a GO Train at the platform

The digital GO Transit Student ID Card offers eligible full-time undergraduate and graduate students discounted fares when using their PRESTO card.

Once you receive your digital GO Transit Student ID Card, you must visit a GO Station with both your OneCard and PRESTO card so that your PRESTO card is set up for student fares.

When taking GO Transit, be sure to carry your PRESTO card and OneCard in case you’re asked to verify your identity by a fare inspector.
