Replace Your OneCard

The OneCard Office will be performing system maintenance on Friday, February 2, 2024. During the maintenance, we will be unable to print a new OneCard. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Full service will resume on Monday, February 5, 2024.

Step 1: Report your lost or stolen card to the OneCard Office as soon as possible

You can do so by email or phone. Once reported, the OneCard office will deactivate your card.

Phone: 416-979-5000, ext. 557565
Email: onecard@torontomu.ca

Step 2: Replace Your Card by visiting the OneCard Office

No ID is required, and the information from your previous card is automatically transferred to the new card, which is printed on the spot
