Marco Baltazar

Marco Baltazar began as a third-year co-op student at Microsoft and has since built his career there in enterprise software sales. Alongside his role at Microsoft, Marco is a certified breathwork and meditation facilitator, leading guided sessions at Othership, the city’s largest sauna and ice bath house.

Drawing on this expertise, he developed and delivers a wellbeing workshop for the Business Career Hub’s Industry Prep Program and collaborates with faculty to bring experiential cold-plunge learning into the classroom. As part of the inaugural Marketing Management Co-op class, he helped launch the Co-op Connect Mentorship Program and has remained one of its most dedicated alumni volunteers.
