Catherine Ku

Catherine Ku has been a driver of student success at the Ted Rogers School of Management, leveraging her industry experience to empower students through co-op coaching, Career Discovery, bootcamps, and Fit for Business programs. Her leadership has strengthened both the Human Resources Alumni Association and the Co-op Connect Mentorship Program at the Ted Rogers School. Catherine currently serves as Manager of People and Culture at Dawson Partners, where she plays a key role in shaping the firm’s Canadian growth and hiring strategy. She recently completed her Master of Industrial Relations and Human Resources at the University of Toronto.
