Jacob Newman

Jacob Newman is a Vice President in the Investment Banking practice at Kroll Corporate Finance (formerly Duff & Phelps) in Toronto. He leads buy-and sell-side transactions, capital raises, and manages all aspects of deals, including financial modeling, valuations, due diligence, and negotiations. Before Kroll, Jacob was a Senior Associate at Deloitte Corporate Finance, providing similar services for over three years. Jacob holds a Bachelor of Commerce from TMU, specializing in Economics and Finance, and holds FINRA Series 79 and Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) licenses. He is also a CFA candidate. Outside of work, Jacob enjoys golf and time with family and friends.
