Shabnam Ahmad

Shabnam Ahmad, a 2014 graduate in Law & Business, is the Fit for Business (FFB) Lead at the Ted Rogers School of Management. She spearheaded the launch of the FFB program two years ago, successfully engaging over 70% of first-year students and accumulating more than 30,000 hours of extracurricular involvement in its inaugural year. Her data-driven approach to enhancing the student experience earned her the distinction of being the first Canadian BIPOC woman to receive the Global Salesforce Community Champion award. With over seven years of experience across the private, public, and non-profit sectors, Shabnam continues to drive innovative student engagement initiatives at TRSM.
