Ivy Chen

Ivy Chen, a 2018 Retail Management graduate, is currently an MBA candidate at TMU. Her entrepreneurial journey began at 17, building a fashion e-commerce shop and later launching Canada’s largest Asian food delivery app. Now the Co-Founder and Chief Growth Officer of CMEOW, a bootstrapped B2B last-mile delivery startup, she has helped drive over $45 million in sales across 24 Canadian cities. Through rapid growth, tough failures, and strategic pivots, Ivy remains driven by resilience and the courage to scale again.
