Balwant (Ricky) Rathore

Ricky Rathore is a TMU alumnus and entrepreneur, known for his leadership in real estate and law. While at TMU, he held key roles including President of Real Estate TMU and Co-President of the Tri-Mentorship Program. Ricky earned his first $250,000 before age 19 and has received numerous accolades, including REP Top Agent and Century 21 Regal’s Ruby Award. He is the Broker/Owner and Broker of Record at RE/MAX Metropolis Realty, a position he’s held since 2017. Ricky is also the Founding Partner, Barrister, Solicitor, and Notary Public at Rathore Baig Professional Corporation, specializing in real estate law, and the Broker, Manager, and Founding Partner at Public Choice Realty Inc. He co-founded All-In-One Financial Solutions, offering comprehensive real estate services. Active in the community, Ricky serves on the Board of Directors for Real Estate TMU and is involved with the Toronto Real Estate Board. At 28, he has built multiple multi-million-dollar companies and has a net worth exceeding $5 million. Ricky's success is rooted in his TMU experience, and he gives back through mentorship, scholarships, and bursaries. In 2025, Ricky joined RE/MAX as a Member of the National Advisory Council.
