Tiffany is a PhD Management student at TMU’s Ted Rogers School, specializing in Organizational Behaviour (OB). Her master’s research, under the guidance of Dr. Kristyn Scott, centred on leader emotion regulation and the effects on employees when leaders regulate their emotions. She holds a DCS in Psychology, a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management, and a Master of Science in Management in OB, providing a strong foundation for her research interests in positive psychology, including emotion regulation, empathy, and well-being.

Outside of academia, Tiffany enjoys yoga, long walks, and travelling, experiences that support her commitment to well-being both personally and professionally. Through her research, she aims to contribute to healthier workplaces, with the long-term goal of becoming an applied organizational psychologist focused on employee well-being.
