Sogol Khoilar is an undergraduate student at Toronto Metropolitan University pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Her academic interests lie in the field of sport and exercise psychology, where she explores how psychological factors such as motivation, focus, and goal-setting influence performance and behaviour.
Sogol’s research interests center on understanding how mental skills and psychological strategies can be used to enhance well-being and performance in athletic and everyday contexts. She is particularly interested in how mindset, self-regulation, and imagery contribute to achieving personal and performance-related goals.
She plans to continue building her research experience and aspires to pursue graduate studies in sport and exercise psychology, with the long-term goal of contributing to research on mental performance and motivation.
