Human Resource Management  

Raidahnoor is a fourth-year undergraduate student studying Human Resources Management at Toronto Metropolitan University. She has been volunteering at the CMIC lab since September 2025 and is currently helping with two ongoing research projects. 

She has been actively involved in student engagement and community-focused initiatives across campus and local organizations. She is passionate about human resources, student development, and creating inclusive learning environments. 

Raidahnoor looks forward to continuing to build her professional experience through roles that strengthen her communication, coordination, and leadership skills. She plans to pursue postgraduate opportunities in human resources and organizational development.
