Navitha Saravanan

Fall 2025 - Present

Bachelor of Architectural Science

Navitha is a third-year Architectural Science student at Toronto Metropolitan University, where she is building a strong foundation in design, research, and technical problem-solving. With academic interests that bridge architecture, human experience, and systems thinking, she is committed to understanding how environments shape behaviour, interaction, and decision-making.

She is currently volunteering as a Research Assistant in the CMIC Lab, where she supports the smooth execution of participant sessions and contributes to data collection and experimental procedures. Through this role, she is gaining hands-on experience in research coordination, ethical protocols, and structured data handling, all of which complement her broader academic and professional development.

Navitha is motivated by opportunities that combine analytical thinking, design, and human-centred research. Looking ahead, she hopes to pursue a Master of Architecture and transition into professional practice, where she can apply both her design training and research experience to create environments that support meaningful human experiences.
